New holiday home sales director at The Waterside Holiday Group

The Waterside Holiday Group has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Chris Allerston as holiday home ownership sales director to manage caravan and lodge sales across the group’s three Dorset-based parks; Waterside, Chesil Vista and Osmington.
" onerror="handleImageLoadError(this)"/> Chris Allerston joins the Group with more than 10 years’ leisure sales industry experience from across the country. His role will help to drive the sales side of the business and extend the parks reach to new potential customers.
His experience of progressive and modern sales techniques will encourage the business to evolve new sales strategies and methods, including the development of a new sales website.
The website, to be launched in April, includes enhanced stock listings, more detailed information, and 360-degree holiday home walkthroughs, as well as the Group offering new high-end, aspirational accommodation options. The company will also offer a new finance rate of 6.9 per cent and bespoke payment options for those looking at payment plans.

This new role comes as part of a series of investments that have taken place across the group during the winter period, which includes the expansion of the holiday home showground area at the Waterside Holiday Park and Spa from four up to 20 holiday homes on display.
On his appointment, Chris says: “I’m delighted to join the Waterside Holiday Group. With a range of holiday home options available across three parks, we have something to suit all budgets. The communal grounds are all maintained by our own team and owners can use all on-site facilities, including the spa, activity clubs, and our newly refurbished restaurants.”

The Waterside Holiday Group has sold holiday homes under the same family ownership for the past 56 years. Owners can enjoy free use of Waterside Holiday Park’s spa (when booked in advance), all of the park facilities and exclusive offers.
