DJS (UK) Limited, a Dorset-based technical innovations and software development company established in 2012, enjoyed a year of rapid growth in its team during 2018.
" onerror="handleImageLoadError(this)"/> The year saw the business, which has recently relocated to the centre of Bournemouth, expand by more than 50 per cent. Additional roles have been required in areas such as customer care, marketing, business intelligence and software development in order to support an increased demand for the company’s financial products.
Dan Ware, CEO at DJS (UK) Limited, commented: “Our team is central to everything we do and has expanded from 49 to 76 in the last 12 months. They are all so passionate about their careers and ensure that the company is always delivering the best possible service to customers.
“We made the decision early on in 2018 to move from our picturesque offices on the River Avon in Christchurch to the heart of Bournemouth town in order to support our current growth, as well as planning ahead for the future.”
The 12,000 square foot open-plan office is located next to the Upper Gardens and is decorated with artwork from the company’s in-house graphic designers. Its breakout area provides ample room away from desks and includes sofas, a pool table and the opportunity for staff to play table tennis.
The company’s product PiggyBank, the UK’s fastest growing short-term lender, also enjoyed a great year of success including award wins at the Credit Strategy Lending Awards, CEO Today Awards, Best Business Awards and Business Brilliance Awards.
The team from a Dorset-based manufacturer of o-rings and seals took part in an event which aimed to highlight the career opportunities available to young people.
